One way to lessen the stress of problems like debt is to focus on and celebrate the solution to a problem. Visualise yourself celebrating being debt free and then take action to help make this freedom a reality.

Recently, I spoke to a friend who seemed knowledgeable about bullet wounds. I don't how much evidence he has for his views but they seem to make sense.

People are conditioned to believe that if they get hit by a bullet they will die. They think to themselves:

"I've been shot; I will die."

Films show us people dropping dead from a single bullet wound and our subconscious takes all this in and starts believing a bullet means death.
When we are hit by a bullet we think death is on its way and we die.

A policeman in the USA shot himself in the foot and died. On the other hand a criminal was pumped full of over twenty bullets and was still firing back at the police.

No one had told him that you died from a single bullet wound. Either that, or he was on drugs and did not know what was going on.

People who do understand bullet wounds are less likely to die because they know that not all bullet wounds are fatal. Their extra knowledge can save their lives.<

In Africa, the locals can survive horrendous crocodile bites. They have not been told that such bites will kill them. They just sew up their mutilated flesh and return to their fishing when they feel better.

We in the West are not so tough although we used to be. Must of us are conditioned to believe we will get weak and feeble as we age but there exist individuals who are far stronger than those who are twenty years younger than them.

They have refused to accept weakness and have kept exercising and looking for ways to stay strong and even become stronger. Such men and women give hope to us all.

We can manage the huge stress of ageing and of death through managing and changing or at least altering our own beliefs.

Increased knowledge can also relieve stress although, occasionally, lack of knowledge about what we can't survive or achieve may be our best friend!

Increased knowledge about how our minds work will teach us not to dwell on the negative aspects of our lives. We should take note of our problems but not brood over them. Instead we should consider solutions and even imagine how we would feel if the problem had been solved.

In other words, we should not pretend our problems do not exist. They are usually only too real. We should not, however, waste good time and energy worrying about them. Instead,let's take action now to solve them and keep affirming and visualizing a happy outcome.

Treadmills have many advantages over real running and walking. Sure, you don't get to go outdoors in the nature, but you can also avoid bad weather and all the other hazards that come with going out of your house, such as cars and passers-by. Apart from that, though, there are many more serious benefits. The ground remains at the same level for the whole run, which avoids you having to constantly adjust the way you're running – you can build up a pace and then keep going. Also, the run is always at the speed you're most comfortable with, and you can change it whenever you like. If you do want to run uphill, though, you can simulate that too, by adjusting the gradient of the machine.

Have you ever read any good books on leadership? Maybe something by John Maxwell? What stands out in my mind when it comes to the information contained in these books is the technique for effective leadership. One of the biggest is leading by example.

Throughout history some of the greatest leaders were people of vision, people who saw something that others could not see and shared their vision with the masses to improve the quality of life. Never once did a leader become a great leader by being pessimistic and negative. Never has anything been accomplished of value by looking at a problem and complaining without offering a solution to the problem. In fact, a leader who only offers a negative picture remains a leader for a short time, a time when they are noticed but become irrelevant.

I have spoken of the negative influence of the media in our lives and how we must strive to overcome it. I believe that immersing ourselves in the positive we can accomplish that. A leader of people must understand that to be effective, he has to give the people who follow him hope of better things. In doing so, he rises to higher levels and accomplishes great things. When he loses sight of the lofty challenge of being a positive visionary in any organization, a leader is destined to fail, for no one will follow a leader who is going over a cliff.

As you strive to develop your business or career, you should keep in mind that you can be whomever you wish to be. You can look at challenges and problems and offer real solutions and visions for the future that people can grasp onto, or you can see the problem and rub everyone's nose in it as you complain about it until no one is listening anymore.

When you have a customer and they lodge a complaint, you perk up and listen to them. If you work for a company that you complain about all the time, no one listens when you complain. Forget Conventional Dream Interpretation: Learn to Cultivate Your Dreams Today!

One of my favourite quotes of all time and I am sure many of you share my thoughts, is the speech by Martin Luther King at the civil rights march in Washington, 1963, which went like this:

"I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit together at the table of brotherhood..."

"I have a dream..." Indeed. Inspiring stuff. I want to discuss our dreams in a very practical way today.

I want to talk about how to cultivate your dreaming. It really is a tremendously valuable thing to do. I want to steer away from conventional dream interpretation and will explain why.

As of today, pay attention to your dreaming and your daydreaming. Dreams are important to us in many ways, because they do the following:

Firstly, when you dream you actively process information and feelings.

Secondly, dreams are always involving many senses, so the highly sensory experience is very rich. It is quite rare for us to use all our senses at once as we do when we dream.

Thirdly, dreams give us valuable information about what is going on in our lives, whether directly or more often in a disguised or symbolic form.

Fourthly, dreams are strongly sequenced, though often in a way which is emotionally rather than logically organised.

Finally, dreams draw upon a rich range of unconscious, associative, creative links between many kinds of information.

Some people remember their dreams; others tend to forget all but the most dramatic bits as soon as they wake. When you dream or daydream, take time to replay as much of it as you can in your mind before the events of the day overlay it. Relive the story of that dream. Remind yourself of the events, pictures, sensations and other sensory information it involved.

This dream was the product of your mind. Marvel at your own creativity! This is amazing stuff here; get excited by it.

If you get into the habit of asking yourself when you wake, "what did I dream?" you may at first only remember a few particularly strong feelings or vivid images: write them down and review it regularly. I actually used to write a dream journal and wrote everything down as soon as I opened my eyes each morning. It provided me with such inspiration when I required it.

Naturally, lots of you may want to start with dream interpretation straight away. Resist the urge for dream interpretation, ok?

Do your best not to assume that there is necessarily a single clear meaning which can be interpreted according to psychological theories or books on dream significance or dream interpretation. How can your dreams have the same meaning as someone else? Is your brain the same as that persons? For now, ease off the dream interpretation.

I have found that the most useful assumption to make about dreams is that they have some kind of significance for you, the dreamer: they come from your internal, unconscious mind's storehouse of feelings, experiences and images, and are an active and useful way of processing that is quite different from – and just as useful as – the processing that belongs to the logical conscious part of your mind.

Often a strong feeling will be your first clue to the meaning a dream has for you: so note it, and wonder about it, but don't try to rush to tie it down by conscious analysis. The real work of the dream is often done simply in the dreaming of it: the conscious mind does not always have to understand, and when it tries to translate dreams into its own terms it may be limiting it, just as poetry translated from another language usually loses something of its more subtle tapestry of meanings.

Think about the value of dreams.

Dreams demonstrate a different level of mental functioning from conscious, disciplined thought. When you pay attention to them, and even cultivate them, you are learning to become familiar with, to trust and to draw upon a fuller range of your own mental resources: in other words, you are using more of what you've got. Hey, this stuff is going to keep happening, so why not really use it.

The mind works both consciously and unconsciously. Conscious thought is formally taught in our education system. Its strength is its systematic and disciplined way of handling information. Its limitation is that it tends to be rule-bound and too narrow in its problem-solving approach. <

The brain also processes information at an unconscious level: mostly, this is associative and depends on links, similarities and feelings. This processing produces dreams, as well as much of our other "creative" or "expressive" experience. That is why we are often surprised by the spontaneous connections we make or insights we have, and by our imaginative inspiration: it is not what we would have come up with consciously at all, yet it seems somehow completely "right". This way of thinking works "laterally" – it expands, goes sideways and finds multiple avenues rather than just one.

We need both kinds of functioning if we are to make the most of our brain power. Logic and intuition, discipline and divergence, are all vital tools that enrich and enable us. But whereas we are used to working with the conscious mind, in part because we are aware of it and can monitor it as it works, many people are less at ease trusting and using the unconscious processes. Paying attention to your dreams, and deliberately cultivating daydreaming, are both ways of stretching yourself into this area.

So let us have a look at the value of deliberate daydreaming. Where dreams come unbidden, you may find it useful to deliberately evoke the conditions for daydreaming, if, like many people, you have not really valued the activity before now.

How is it valuable? Daydreaming brings us escape and relaxation; visions of the future that inspire and help us to bring about what we have dreamed of; solutions to apparently unsolvable problems; inventions and creative possibilities. Daydream states allow the unconscious, associative parts of the mind to work in their own playful and imaginative ways, bringing not only pleasure but results that our usual deliberate, attentive, rational thought does not. We need space in our lives for both ways of processing if we are to realise ourselves as fully as possible.

The key to daydreaming is to be in that right state. Here are some ways you can cultivate and work with your daydreams:

Firstly, notice when you have been daydreaming. Is there any pattern of circumstances that helps bring about your particular daydreaming state?

Some people find that repetitive, relatively automatic, activities such as jogging, ironing or walking create the right state. Perhaps it is a warm bath, swimming a few lengths, or sitting in the garden. Or it may be swaying to the movement of a train, staring into space, looking out of the window of a bus on the way to work, or going on a long drive.

Once you find what helps you daydream, use it and make space for it in your life on a regular basis, imagine that you are in that experience, recreate those circumstances inside of your mind. Let daydreaming come to you, and notice what kinds of windows it opens from our ordinary world into what other kinds of possibilities. Some of your best ideas and inspirations may come at these times.

Secondly, next time you have a decision to make, or a problem to solve, or a challenge to overcome, you can set up the circumstances so that you can trigger your daydreaming state – and allow yourself to explore your problem or decision in this way. When you have done so, make some notes of what you experienced and discovered. Add that to your conscious thinking on the subject: you now have much more information, and the advantage of having engaged more of your mental resources.

Thirdly, for today, forget dream interpretation. That is a conscious and limiting thing to do. Did I make myself clear? Forget conventional dream interpretation. For now use your dreams in personal ways to you.

"What if it was hopeless?" may seem like a useless question, or it may make you realize that you just can't keep the business in the house any longer. We may think we have problems with our internet connection but find a computer problem instead. But I want to talk about internet problems and discuss some personal experiences.

I live in a rural area and I was forced to live with dial-up way too long. So I was not as hard to please as some ISP's customers I'm sure. After the DSL was available (cable is still not available here) I signed up with a slow speed compared to most DSL services. This was due to the distance (so I was told) from my home to the closest service outlet. I assumed that this was like a transformer for electricity where the power is boosted. (no I'm not a tech!)

I was promised a DSL speed equivalent to 1.5 mb/s and was about half of the normal "in the city" speed of 3.0. But it was OK with this since I was charged a little less and it was about 5 to 7 times faster than my dial-up. I really can't imagine now having to live with the speed of dial-up, can you? Anyway in a couple of years my DSL provider was able to offer me the 3.0 mb/s service and that was great and is where I am now. Although my office has close to 5.0 and some friends with cable are easily at 7.0 MB/sec (they say).

My real internet connection problems at my home, they can be traced to two things.

My dog: The Internet will not work very fast if your dog has chewed on the wires. In my case it would have been better if the wires are completely broken because then we could have found the problem much faster.

DAHI
Gadis yang masih suci, dahinya licin. Bila selalu senggama licinnya hilang, justru yang timbul kedutan (garis2) yang kadang nampak kadang tidak ketika ngobrol. Kedutan karena sudah tidak suci, tidak sama dengan kedutan wajah yang dimakan usia. Kedutan suci yang telah hilang, tidak begitu ketara dan tidak begitu nampak, kecuali ketika muka menunjukkan reaksi tertentu seperti sedang ketawa dan bicara, sementara kedutan karena dimakan usia senantiasa nampak dan kekal. Jangan dihilangkan dengan sembarang minyak, walaupun di zaman sekarang ada bermacam2 minyak.

Tetapi kedutan karena hilangnya kesucian tidak mudah dihilangkan. Untuk memudahkan melihat gadis yang masih suci atau tidak. Coba perhatikan dahi gadis yang sudah bersuami dengan yang belum. Perhatikan betul2 niscaya nampak kelainannya. Gadis yang sudah tidak suci terdapat beberapa kedutan garis2 timbul dan melekuk didahi gadis itu. HIDUNG
Gadis yang masih suci atau tubuhnya belum disentuh oleh lelaki, ujung hidungnya berwarna kemerah-merahan, jika disentuh ujung hidungnya nampak merah. Gadis yang tidak suci ujung hidungnya merah tetapi merah pucat, terkadang warna merah tidak nampak, yang nampak hanyalah pucat, tak percaya coba liat ujung hidung anak perempuan, merahkan..? MATA
dari mana datangnya cinta, dari mata turun ke hati…..
Kita menggunakan mata untuk memandang dan melihat seseorang, cantikkah, bugarkah, luweskah, dsb. Terkadang kita memandang wanita cantik dibagian luar saja, tapi bagian dalamnya sudah habis, untuk mengetahui wanita itu masih suci atau tidak coba tengoklah matanya. Bila bagian bawah kelopak terlipat sedikit dan terdapat tanda lebam (tanda memar) berarti gadis itu sudah tidak suci lagi, mungkin sudah bersuami. lebam yang menunjukkan tidak suci nampak semacam garis2 hitam di bawah kelopak mata disampىng warna hitam dibawah kelopak mata sedikit kelihatan berkeriput (berkedut). Gadis yang masih suci matanya berseri2, tidak ada warna hitam, lebam maupun garis2. 1. Punggung gadis menjadi besar karena proses hormon.
2. Punggung gadis menjadi besar karena lelaki.

Punggung yang sudah kena sentuhan lelaki akan menjadi besar, lebih2 yang sudah berhubungan badan. Punggung gadis yang masih suci walaupun gemuk ia masih kelihatan cantik, sebab masih kental dan tegangserta tidak lesu dan jatuh. Cobalah perhatikan pinggang gadis, kalau pinggangnya masih ramping dan punggung tidak besar, tidak montok dan kenyal pada punggungnya. Kalau berjalan punggungnya tidak goyah sebab dagingnya masih solid dan tidak lembut kalau dipegang, artinya dia masih suci. Bagi yang pernah melakukan hubungan badan, punggungnya memang berisi dan besar tetapi tidak kental, punggungnya nampak jatuh, lebih2 disaat ia berjalan, goyangannya tidak melantun.

Kenapa punggung gadis yang pernah melakukan hubungan badan bisa jatuh? Disaat melakukan hubungan badan lebih kurang 90% hormon yang ada di bagian punggung akan tertumpu kebagian kemaluan, sebab di masa kepuncak (organsme), punggung gadis menjadi tegang.

Apabila sudah selesai berhubungan badan punggung yang tegang akan mengendur semula dan ini menyebabkan punggung menjadi kendur dan jatuh. Lebih kerap gadis itu melakukan hubungan badan, punggung akan semakin jatuh dan lesu, leper. Wallahu a’lam.

TELINGA
Telinga termasuk salah satu panca indra yang bisa digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah gadis itu masih suci atau tidak. Di negeri china telinga sebagai peramal untuk mengetahui penyakit didalam tubuh seseorang. Gadis yang tidak pernah disentuh oleh laki2, telinganya cantik dan nampak bersih, kalau gadis itu pernah disetubuhi atau telinganya pernah digigit atau dicium dan disentuh, secara otomatik bentuk telinga gadis itu akan berubah menjadi lebih leper sedikit dan tidak lagi kemerah-merahan dan menjadi pucat. BUAH DADA (payudara)
Peranan buah dada memang banyak, bukan sekedar menggoda nafsu lelaki saja, tapi buah dada sebagai bukti kalau gadis itu pernah disentuh atau tidak. Buah dada gadis yang belum pernah kena sentuh, senantiasa tegang. Tetapi kalau sudah kena sentuhan, buah dada itu tegangnya berkurang dan membesar sedikit dari pada ukuran asalnya, lebih kerap disentuh, lebih kendur. Perhatikan gadis disaat berjalan atau berlari, bergerak2 dan melambai jatuh (ke bawah) dan berbuai sekali berarti ketegangan sudah hilang. Kalau belum kena sentuhan, walaupun buah dada berbuai disaat berlari tetapi buaiannya tidak terlalu melambai2 berarti ketegangan masih ada.

Puting buah dada yang pernah kena sentuhan menjadi panjang dan terjojol (keluar) sedikit dari tempat persembunyiannya. Buah dada yang selalu kena remas akan menjadi lebih besar, dan jangan menuduh gadis yang berbuah dada besar itu kena remas. Sebab, buah dada yang besar kena remas dan yang besar karna alami memang berbeda.

Buah dada yang kena remas menjadi besar tetapi tidak tegang. Sementara buah dada yang besar karna alami senantiasa tegang dan disaat berjalan tidak bergoyang, kalau yang kena remas bergoyang terbuai-buai seperti telinga gajah, berbuai kekiri, kekanan, keatas, kebawah terkadang melambung2 ketika gadis itu berjalan atau berlari.

Mengapa buah dada bila kena sentuhan bisa jatuh dan apa hubungan telapak tangan dengan otot buah dada? Di kala buah dada itu dipegang atau diremas2 gadis merasa gairah, disaat bergairah hormon2 akan mengisi ruang buah dada sehingga menjadi tegang. Setelah bergairah buah dada yang tegang lalu mengendur yang membuat ototnya mengendur pula. Buah dada yang kena hisap putingnya menjadi lebam, yang belum kena hisap putingnya berwarna merah jambu. Sekiranya gadis itu tidak suci, buah dadanya jatuh terjuntai seperti buah pepaya yang terjuntai di pohon. Pada buah dada memang mengandung seribu tanda tanya, termasuk mengetahui wanita yang sudah punya anak atau belum. Perhatikan putingnya kalau tegangnya menghala ke atas yaitu mendangak ke atas berarti wanita itu sudah pernah melahirkan, kalau putingnya senantiasa terjojol keluar dan mendangak ke atas berarti wanita itu sudah pernah melakukan hubungan badan, tetapi belum pernah beranak. Namun payudara sering kali dianggap sebagai simbol seks, sebagian besar wanita dan lelaki sangat menyukai buah dada disaat melakukan hubungan sexsual, karena mereka dapat mencapai organsme (kenikmatan) hanya karena rangsangan buah dada.

Seorang gadis jika telah dewasa, kecil kemungkinan ukuran payudaranya berubah, kecuali bila berat badannya bertambah. Pembengkakan payudara karena kehamilan, menyusui atau pengaruh pil kontrasepsi adalah bersifat kondisional. Postur tubuh yang baik akan membentuk payudara nampak lebih besar. Coba tanyakan, apakah ia senang payudaranya disentuh atau tidak? Sebagian wanita memiliki puting payudara yang sangat sensitif sebagian lainnya tidak, mereka mungkin ingin payudaranya disentuh atau mungkin tidak. Tetapi umumnya wanita menyukai sentuhan lembut dan ciuman pada payudara dan juga pada puting payudara. Payudara dan putingnya akan mengeras apabila dirangsang. Begitulah tanda2 yang paling jelas bila ia terangsang, meskipun tidak semuanya demikian. Tanda2 lainnya adalah lubrikasi (pelendiran) pada liang vagina, kemerah-merahan di dada dan meningkatkan kecepatan denyut jantung dan pernafasan. Wallahu a’lam.

GARIS TELAPAK TANGAN
Gadis yang berkulit tebal dan kasar, coba perhatikan kedua telapak tangannya, jikalau retak (peca urat, urat2 yg mrupai retak), bukan karena mungkin di sebabkan tidak tahan bahan pencuci yang mengandung kimia, berati gadis itu sudah hilang kesuciannya. Gadis yang masih suci, kedua telapak tangannya halus dan licin. Jika kesuciannya telah hilang, kedua telapak tangannya ketika di tekan warnannya pucat tidak merah, jika di pecet langsung menanjal balik. Satu cara lagi, coba perhatikan telapak tangan kanan, jika ada garis putus2 bagian tengah berarti kesuciannya telah hilang, bila tidak terputus2 berarti ada harapan kesuciannya belum hilang. setelah melihat telapak tangan yang kanan, coba gemgam ibu jari tangannya sebentar saja kira2 satu menit, bila disaat megemgam terasa hangat dan ibu jarinya merah ketika dilepaskan, berarti ada harapan masih suci. Perhatikan pula ibu jarinya, bila nampak pucat sekali walaupun ada rasa hangat berarti kemungkinan besar kesuciannya sudah terbang.

Coba pegang erat jari kelingkingnya, kira2 satu menit, lalu lepaskan, tanyalah bagaimana rasanya ketika dipegang erat dan dilepaskan ? Kalau ia menjawab tak ada rasa, mintalah maaf banyak2, kemungkinan ia tidak suci lagi. Tapi kalau ia menjawab ada rasa rangsangan, jantungnya berdebar2 atau ada rasa sakit seperti berdenyut2. JARI TELAPAK TANGAN
Dengan jari2lah lelaki suka memegang dan menggoda perempuan, begitu pula halnya jari2 perempuan, jari2 adalah kawasan yang paling mendasar untuk mengetahui gadis yang suci atau tidak. Caranya cukup mudah, terlebih dahulu berjabat tangan, selama berjabat tangan remas2lah tangannya, kalau laki2 bukan mahramnya boleh memegang tangan seorang gadis, itu menunjukkan dara kecil dibagian tangannya sudah ternodai. Apabila tangan dan jari2 gadis itu boleh di remas2 berarti peluang untuk memegang tempat2 yang lain terbuka lebar. Coba jari2 gadis itu di belai2 dan di remas2 dengan lembut, bagaimana perasaan gadis itu?

Sentuhan lelaki dijarinya memang membawa satu rasa yang ni’mat dan birahi yang tersendiri. Sentuhan tangan sentuhan ajaib, dari tanganlah akan menjalar ke zona2 yang lain. Sentuhan tangan memang sahdu, kalau tidak percaya cobalah betapa bahagianya berjalan sambil bergandengan tangan. Bila anda ingin mengetahui gadis itu terbiasa di sentuh atau tidak, Coba ulurkan tangan dan bersalaman dengannya, selama bersalaman genggamlah tangannya dengan lembut dan coba sentuh jari kelingking gadis itu. Ketika menyentuh jari kelingkingnya tengoklah wajah gadis itu, apakah dia nampak gelisah dan resah serta terperayuh?, kalau dia terkejut dan terperayuh berarti besar kemungkinan dia masih suci, kalaupun dia pernah berasmara, mungkin belum sampai tersondol. Jika disaat jari kelingkingnya disentuh dia nampak rilex saja, dan tak mau bicara, besar kemungkinan kesuciannya sudah lenyap. Wallohu a’lam.

PERUT
Peribahasa mengatakan biar pecah di perut jangan pecah di mulut, begitulah kata peribahasa, tapi tubuh wanita bukanlah peribahasa. Kalau pecah kegadisannya, pasti pecah perut. Bila gadis pernah melakukan hubungan badan, maka perutnya akan menjadi mengembang dan menjadi buncit sedikit. Oleh karena gadis yang belum pernah melakukan hubungan badan pinggangnya masih ramping dan perutnya masih kempis. Mengapa perut menjadi buncit sedikit? Di saat gadis itu melakukan hubungan badan sudah barang tentu gadis itu sampai ke puncak (organsme), di saat sampai ke puncak gadis itu tidak tahan dan menahan dibagian perut. Otot2 bagian perut menahan ke puncak dengan daya tahan yang sangat tinggi dan kuat. Ketika itulah perut itu mengembang dan setelah melakukan hubungan badan perutpun membuncit. Satu lagi tanda di perut, kalau gadis itu sudah pernah melakukan hubungan badan, ada garis panjang dari bawah buah dada sampai ke perut dan dari pusar sampai kekemaluan. Garis ini tidak terjadi pada semua gadis, tetapi kalau ada gadis yang memeliki garis ini artinya ia tidak suci lagi. Ada sebagian gadis yang sudah pernah melakukan hubungan badan hanya memiliki garis dari bagian bawah pusar sampai kekemaluan. Kalau gadis itu sudah hamil, garis itu akan terbagi dua, coba lihat perut wanita yang hamil, mesti ada garis2 retak yang melintang di perutnya. Gadis yang masih suci pada umumnya perutnya masih lembut. Bagi yang sudah pernah berhubungan badan, kulit perutnya agak kasar sedikit. Ada juga yang menjadi keras sebab hormon2 dan lemak mewujudkan gumpalan dibagian bawah dinding perut. Wallahu a’lam

RAMBUT
Rambut merupakan mahkota wanita tetapi juga berperan menentukan gadis itu masih suci atau tidak. Gadis yang masih suci, rambutnya memang rapi, kelihatan segar dan tidak kasar, sementara gadis yang sudah hilang kesuciannya, rambutnya kelihatan tidak bergairah. Di zaman nenek moyang kita dulu, mungkin masih ada yang diamalkan sampai saat ini. Ketika seorang gadis hendak dinikahkan, ahli penghias pengantin terlebih dahulu memotong rambut didahi, ditekuk dan disebelah belakang telinga kiri dan kanan. Rambut2 inilah yang oleh mereka disebut rambut perawan. Dengan menggunting rambut2 ini, mereka mengetahui apakah gadis itu masih suci atau tidak. untuk membuktikan coba sediakan satu buah kelapa muda yang sudah dilobangi dan airnya tidak dibuang lalu masukkan potongan rambut tersebut. Jika rambut2 itu terapung dipermukaan air kelapa artinya gadis itu masih suci. Jika semua rambut itu tenggelam artinya gadis itu sudah tidak suci. satu lagi caranya, kalau dىsaat ditiup angin rambut gadis itu mengembang lembut dan kembali ketempat asalnya. BIBIR
Percaya atau tidak bahwa bibir gadis yang pernah dicium lebih menarik dan cantik. Apabila bibir bertemu bibir, maka akan membuat pergerakan darah akan mengalir kebibir dan membentuk bibir yang baru. Lebih kerap dicium, lebih cantik pula bibirnya. Tapi ada juga gadis yang mempunyai bibir mulut yang cantik walaupun tidak pernah dicium. Gadis yang belum pernah dicium bibirnya kelihatan berwarna merah jambu dan tidak ada garis lembam (bengkak) atau hitam di sekitar bibirnya. Bibir gadis yang tidak pernah dicium tidak tampak pucat dan bibirnya licin dan basah. Bibir yang pernah kena cium akan nampak lembam walaupun hanya satu kali saja, dan dapat merubah bibirnya juga terdapat garis-garis kasar yang memperindah bentuk bibir seperti irisan jeruk. Bila gadis itu tidak suci lagi, bagian tengah bibirnya nampak retak, seakan-akan terbagi dua, retaknya tidak begitu jelas, akan tetapi nampak kalau diperhatikan betul-betul. Ada pula yang mengatakan gadis tidak suci ketika ia tertawa bibirnya nampak lebih lebih besar dari pada tidak tertawa dan bibir bawah tampak keluar dari pada bibir yang atas. Wallahu’alam.

Keterangan:
(bibir yang kering walaupun diusap (disolek) dengan gincu, bibir tetap kering. Cara membasahi bibir untuk menutup prasangka bahwa ia tidak suci lagi, oleskan minyak kelapa pada bibirnya tiap pagi, biarkan minyak kelapa meresap dalam bibir selama setengah jam. Insya Allah bibir gadis itu kelihatan berminyak dan tidak lembam. Bibir yang sudah lembam jangan diolesi minyak kelapa.

KEMALUAN.
Ini Tentunya hanya diketahui setelah menikah. Permukaan gadis yang pernah melakukan hubungan badan, terkesan lembam (memar), pintu kemaluan tidak tertutup rapat, agak renggang sedikit. Kalau gadis yang masih perawan, kemaluannya senantiasa tertutup rapat. Sebenarnya selaput darah bisa dilihat langsung kedalam kemaluan gadis. Bila kemaluan masih ciut berarti gadis itu masih suci. Kalau lobang itu terbuka sedikit berarti gadis itu sudah tidak perawan lagi. Coba perhatikan warna kemaluan gadis, kalo permukaannya pintu kemaluannya berwarna ungu, kemerah-merahan berarti dia masih suci, akan tetapi kalau warna merah sudah pudar malah menjadi pucat, berarti dia sudah tidak suci lagi.satu lagi, biasanya disaat malam pertama, lelaki biasanya agak susah memasukkan zakar (penis) nya kedalam kemaluan gadis. Pertama kali melakukan hubungan badan dengan seorang gadis yang baru pecah selaput darahnya memang tidak memuaskan, karena gadis itu tidak nyaman dengan darah yang keluar pada malam pertama (kebiasaannya) dan rasa perih pada kemaluannya. Sehingga ia tidak akan mau berlama-lama. Untuk mengetahui selapaut dara yang pecah, coba kosentrasikan mata anda kedahi istri anda, kalau dia berkerut artinya dia menahan sakit, tetapi kalau dia berpura-pura, rilex ajalah…

LEHER
Leher juga menjadi salah satu tempat yang dapat menunjukkan gadis itu masih suci atau tidak. Bila leher perempuan itu nampak berkedut-kedut, artinya perempuan itu pernah disentuh laki-laki. Garis kedutnya bukan seperti garis kedutan karena tua, garisnya kecil-kecil, pendek-pendek dan putus-putus, bukan garis yang panjang. Kalau ingin melihat dengan jelas tunggulah gadis itu menundukkan kepalanya. Lihatlah dengan cepat dan cermat.!. bila gadis itu sering sering diusung lelaki, maka lehernya terdapat tanda-tanda hitam kecil dilobang romanya dan warna lembab kecil seperti bintik-bintik. Adakalanya lobang bulu roma tampak jelas dileher, ini juga berarti gadis itu sering disentuh. Kalau gadis itu berleher panjang (jenjang), coba perhatikan dibagian lehernya, jika terdapat garis-garis urat yang bersilang artinya gadis itu masih suci. Jika terdapat garis-garis yang melintang, bukannya urat yang melintang, ini berarti perempuan itu sudah beranak (pernah melahirkan). Wallahu’alam.

PIPI
Wanita yang tidak suci lagi wajahnya tidak berseri-seri, pipi gadis yang masih suci senantiasa menggairahkan dan merah segar. Kalau pipi gadis yang pernah dicium warna kemerah-merahan akan hilang. Kalau pipi itu merah karena dicium ayah atau saudara sekandung maka tidak membahayakan terhadap kesucian gadis tersebut. Coba perhatikan betul-betul pipi gadis yang tidak perawan lagi terdapat garis melintang yang tidak begitu jelas/tampak. Walau bagaimanapun pipi gadis yang pernah kena cium masih tetap cantik, akan tetapi kalau sudah biasa dicium/disentuh laki-laki, lesung pipinya kurang dalam dan terdapat satu garis disebelah lekuk lesung pipinya. Gadis yang masih suci, bila berbicara disekitar pipi kanannya maupun kiri cepat berkeringat, dan keringat ini akan keluar walaupun ditempat yang sejuk. Keringat yang dimaksud mungkin tidak nanpak kecuali dilap dengan tissue. Coba perhatikan bagian tepi telinga seorang gadis. Dibagian itu terdapat anak rambut yang halus dan lembut. Apa bila gadis itu tidak suci lagi, anak rambut itu tidak akan gugur, tetapi masih tetap ada, namun menjadi keras bahkan kasar. Apabila ditiup angin anak rambut itu nampak begitu kasarnya dan disisi pipi kelihatan agak gelap walaupun gadis itu berkulit hitam manis. Wallahu’alam..

Namun dari itu semua perlu diketahui bahwa ada yang mengatakan Perempuan yg perawan atau tidak, tak dapat anda lihat dengan ciri2 fisik. Kalau ada yg mengatakan ciri2 fisik permpuan itu perawan atau tidak itu semua hanya mitos. Keperawanan seorang perempuan di nilai pada hati, bukan dari selaput dara yang tak utuh lg. Sesuai perkembangan jaman, terkadang selaput dara dapat robek ketika menaiki motor,sepeda,terjatuh, atau hal2 lain terkecuali berhubungan seks. Keperwanan pun dapat di buat dengan cara operasi selaput dara bagi perempuan yang merasa dirinya tidak perawan dan ingin percaya diri ketika malam pertama pernikahannya.

(AnNuur: 26) Tapi apa iya kita pasrah aja nerima laki-laki/wanita yg keji? kenapa kita tidak berusaha menjadi "...wanita-wanita yg baik adalah untuk laki-laki yg baik dan laki-laki yg baik adalah untuk wanita-wanita yg baik (pula)..." (AnNuur: 26) agar mendapatkan laki-laki/wanita yg baik?
